From molecular and cell biology to materials science, the institute has a unique competence profile. Based on 25 years of experience in handling complex projects, the institute offers result-oriented services and research with 170 employees and state-of-the-art equipment.

The NMI researches and develops predominantly for the medical technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, we offer interface and surface analyses for medium-sized companies from other industries
